MIND MAKEOVER CHALLENGE DAY NINE- ‘PURE RELIGION’ @ANDYGRAYJOHN330Andy Gray explores the different ways we can contribute to the community to make a difference. He says we shouldn't just live for ourselves but for other too.
Andy Gray shares his experience of working with African Child Trust. A part of his decision to contribute to charity works is based on James 1:27 which says 'Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you.'
The life of the Christian should reflect living for others in a sacrificial way of service. Andy highlights that the thing about Christianity is that it should be focused on living for the needs of others rather than ourselves. Today's Challenge encourages us to not just live for ourselves. Explore how you can live to help others. Andy stresses you can use whatever you have to make a difference in someone else's life. This could be with our time, charity or giving. There is so many ways we can be a blessing to someone else. Let's start today!
